Helena is hard to watch. The night before her wedding, she has thrown herself a bachelorette party, but no one comes. Alone, she toasts a new life, promising to say goodbye to the one friend she could always count on: cocaine. Helena is an addict, but tonight, the promise of salvation in a new relationship will help her with her hardest break-up of all.

Snow Bride looks at the challenge of addiction and the relationships which function around the addict: the ritual of abuse and the ceremony of a wedding are at odds.

Kicking off the evening is a thirty-minute featured performance by award winning performer, Rachelle Elie whose unique characters and comedic prowess will complement Snow Bride. Romantic Animal Theatre Posse is thrilled to share the stage with Rachelle Elie, whose work has delighted and provoked television and theatre audiences for twenty years.
