Shorewood Culinary Arts Presents Chef/Owner Wes Yoo of WeRo Korean Kitchen
The evening will begin at 5:45pm in the Career Center with mocktails and cash only RAFFLE.
Dinner begins at 6pm
The Menu:
1st Course: winter squash porridge - chrysanthemum, pickled kohlrabi
2nd Course: teriyaki marinated salmon poke - avocado, seaweed, soy pickled onion
3rd Course: pork belly bossam - braised pork belly, salted napa cabbage, radish kimchi, rice
4th Course: Rice milk panna cotta, sweet potato mousse

Our Guest Chef Dinner Series provides an opportunity for students to work with highly acclaimed industry chefs and are held periodically throughout the school year. These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom and two other more intimate private rooms. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
