St Catherine's Prep PTA Parent Talk 2024 - Clare Luther
The Prep School PTA is pleased to welcome you to a talk by author Clare Luther.
Young children can struggle to talk about big emotions that are part of their everyday life. Clare's beautifully illustrated rhyming books are relatable and well researched, helping young children between 3 and 8 to understand themselves better.
Clare will speak about how to help young children to explore big emotions in their everyday lives. Her books are designed to help prompt meaningful conversations about thoughts and feelings to get conversations started early at home.
She will be speaking to the girls from PPI to Form 1 (Reception to Year 3) and the PTA are delighted to invite you to hear her speak about how to help your child express their emotion. Come and hear ways to support your young child's wellbeing and tackle issues such as anxiety and friendships, that might affect their ability to learn. Clare's talk is suited to those with children age 3 - 8.
Tuesday 27th February at 7.30pm
The Lecture Theatre.
We hope you will join us for what promises to be an interesting and enlightening evening. The Bar opens at 7.00pm and again after the Lecture which will start at 7.30pm.
This event is free of charge. We ask you to book so we can accommodate numbers.
