Bellevue Chamber Chorus celebrates the final concert of our 40th anniversary season with a night of nostalgia and inspiration as we close our first forty years with a look back and a look forward!
This concert highlights how music affects our lives through the lens of time: looking back at the birth of music itself with selections by Haydn, Part Uusberg, and Josef Rheinberger; examining musics role in our modern lives with arrangements by Shawn Kirchner, Eric Barnum, and Andre Thomas. Kyle Pedersen's piece "Can We Sing the Darkness to Light" features student instrumentalists on violin and cello, punctuating the role of music in shaping our future. Joining our celebration are former Artistic Director Dr. Fredrick Lokken and alumni singers from the past 40 years!
