Ecstatic Visions
We are delighted to be back in Watertown, presenting an exciting program of new music from composers of diverse backgrounds. These pieces are adventurous, gorgeous, and through-provoking. You are sure to walk away from this show with a new favorite composers to follow. Long-time listeners may recognize the names Reena Esmail and Cecilia Livingston--two composers we have programmed in the past, and we love their music so much we just needed more!
This will be the first concert with our new clarinetist, Yhasmin Valenzuela-Blanchard, as an official member of the ensemble. We also welcome guest performers Jane Sheena, cello, and Elaine Leisinger, viola.
