Mission Hills Heritage Nov 4th Historic Home Tour TODAY (Tickets available for sale at the event)
Our theme this year has been residential homes associated with the Architect WTJ (William Templeton Johnson). We have 3 WTJs homes that will be open for our 16th annual historic home tour as follows:
1.4455 Hermosa Way - historically designated in 1927,
2.4284 Jackdaw Street - built in 1941 reportedly by WTJ's own hands and residence where he died in 1957,
3.4460 Trias Street - built in1924, possibly as a model home.
This is the first time these homes have been open to the public.
Registration will be held from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.at 4460 Trias Street (because the home tour is estimated to take 2 hours).
The home tour will be between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m..
