WHEN JEWS WERE FUNNY
Director Alan Zweig surveys the history of Jewish comedy in an attempt to find a link that ties the humor together. As he digs deeper, the story becomes a heartfelt, hilarious investigation that touches on matters both personal and historical. Featuring dozens of comedians, including Howie Mandel, Marc Maron, Eugene Mirman and Friars Judy Gold, Gilbert Gottfried, Stewie Stone and Harrison Greenbaum, the film is a comic exploration like none other and certain to leave you laughing.
