Staged Readings of Contemporary Canadian Plays - The Birds
Concordia University Department of Theatre Presents: Staged Readings of Contemporary Canadian Plays Directed by Emma Tibaldo
Get to know Contemporary Canadian plays through a series of Staged Readings. We will make a small dent by looking at four plays by four playwrights.
The first in the series is The Birds (a modern adaptation of Aristophanes' comedy) by Yvette Nolan. The Birds reflects on pressing contemporary Indigenous questions about truth and reconciliation.
Show Times: Thursday, September 28th at 7:30pm
Saturday, September 30th at 3pm
