Join us as we host Kyra James, C.C.P. & founder of food education brand Own Your Funk, for an inclusive event celebrating and sharing the work of the innovative Wisconsin newcomer Blakesville Creamery. Through educational storytelling, learn Blakesville's dairy farm history and commitment to sustainable farming practices + the what and why behind how cheesemaker Veronica Pedraza seamlessly blends the timeless art form of cheesemaking with modern science and technology.
Your ticket includes a selection of Blakesville's award-winning cheeses and an interactive presentation featuring tasting an EXCLUSIVE not-yet-to-market cheese + curated honey pairings from NYC-based, BIPOC-owned brand Zach & Zoe.
Our evening ends with the opportunity to mix and mingle while enjoying a tasty presentation of Blakesville's NEW sheep's milk cheese, celebratory cheers with a Wisconsin treat (thanks V!) and generous bites from M2M. See you there!!
