Synopsis: ÉLEFAN explores the relationship between space and identity among London's Latin American community in the years leading up to the demolition of Elephant & Castle shopping center. The UK is home to 250,000 Latin Americans; some estimates put the true figure at over 1 million. Londons Elephant and Castle shopping center has been the communitys primary hub for decades. After more than ten years of uncertainty, controversial plans to demolish the shopping center finally moved ahead in 2021.

Sinopsis: ELEFAN explora la relación entre espacio e identidad en la comunidad latinoamericana de Londres en los años previos a la demolición del centro comercial Elephant & Castle. 250.000 latinoamericanos viven en el Reino Unido; algunas fuentes estiman que la cifra real es más de 1 millón. El centro comercial Elephant and Castle en Londres ha sido el centro principal de la comunidad durante décadas. Después de más de diez años de incertidumbre, los polémicos planes para demoler el centro comercial finalmente se adelantaron en el 2021.

Synopsis: APINÁN (Nosotros Los Lencas) is an introspective artistic study of one of the original peoples of Honduras, the Lenca. Of pre-Columbian South American origins, the Lenca and their culture are kept alive by a community of 600,000. Every Honduran with indigenous blood has Lenca ancestry.

Sinopsis: APINÁN (Nosotros Los Lencas) es un estudio artístico introspectivo de uno de los pueblos originarios de Honduras, los Lenca. De orígenes sudamericanos precolombinos, los lencas y su cultura se mantienen vivos en una comunidad de 600.000 habitantes. Todo hondureño con sangre indígena tiene ascendencia lenca.

Through their interaction with these spaces, they articulate textures, sounds, recollections,  and senses of place that deliver a diverse narrative about the experience of living, being,  and creating art in the Caribbean.

Sinopsis: Cinco artistas puertorriqueños comparten sus diversas visiones y pensamientos sobre el significado de hacer arte en el Caribe y sobre la presencia de la región en su obra. Cada artista ha elegido para la película una locación que conecta con su experiencia vital y sus perspectivas. A través de su interacción con estos espacios, articulan texturas, sonidos, recuerdos y sentidos de lugar que brindan una narrativa diversa sobre la experiencia de vivir, ser y crear arte en el Caribe.
