Join us for another fermentation celebration featuring: Sol Cacao, BKE kombucha, and Cheese (Pairings presented by Carol Johnson of Monger's Palate).
The Barnyard collective will be hosting Daniel Maloney Co-Founder/Chocolate Maker at Sol Cacao for a night of education, pairing, palate exploration. Sol Cacao is an artisan bean to bar chocolate manufacturer that crafts single origin chocolate bars in the South Bronx (Port Morris). Founded by three brothers, Dominic, Nicholas and Daniel, the Company strives to create the finest quality of chocolate by having a thorough understanding and expertise associated with every step in the chocolate manufacturing process from growing the cacao pods to the actual crafting of the chocolate bars.
The ticket includes a deep dive presentation into all things cacao by Daniel Maloney Co-Founder/Chocolate Maker at Sol Cacao, and a guided chocolate, cheese, BKE kombucha pairing curated by Carol Johnson, owner of Monger's Palate, using cheeses that are available at her shop.
The evening will end with an opportunity to mix and mingle while enjoying some raclette dogs made with Jumi Raclette and Meat Hook sausages.
