So if you've ever wondered just how words and melody come together to form a rhythmic and poetic art, this workshop is for you. Whether an aspiring songwriter, or simply curious, you will come away inspired and enriched. A consummate educator, Samuel's delivery is intimate and humorous, yet full of skill building tips to stash in your creative tool box.

Samuel holds an MFA terminal writing degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has taught college writing at ESU, WCCC, and NCC. He has written and/or published over 200 works of song, poetry, fiction, and non-fiction. Collaborating with dozens of well-known celebrities, his songs have garnered airplay on stations around the world. Having been active in the field of music for more than 30 years, he has toured solo extensively and currently fronts Bovine Social Club, the fastest rising Americana band in the Northeast.
