Homo File Salon Three
**DUE TO A NUMBER OF FACTORS, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. STAY TUNED FOR MORE INFORMATION**
Join us for the Homo File Salon Three, a fabulous Sunday affair in its third iteration. It's a Gertrude Stein inspired gathering to celebrate the life of Samuel Steward.
Our three hours of gaiety will feature: - Live music by Jeb Havens - Performances of excerpts from Homo File - A gallery of art and ephemera dedicated to Samuel Steward - Fabulous wine from Napa Valley - A Spring Feast prepared by the magnificent Phil Neal Walker
The experience will be joyous and engaging. All proceeds form the event support the premiere of Homo File in the 2014 National Queer Arts Festival.
Homo File is a theatrical production chronicling the life of Samuel Steward: sexual rebel, famed tattoo artist (aka Phil Sparrow), early author of homo erotic fiction (aka Phil Andros), and college professor. He spent his time with Gertrude & Alice, slept with Thornton Wilder and a host of amazing men, and played an integral role in Dr. Kinsey's sex studies.
Join us, enjoy yourself, and support a piece of art that is protecting and promoting queer history.
Homo File is an interdisciplinary show coming performance art, puppetry, live music, live drawing, video collage, and more. Read more about the show at www.homofile.eyezen.org
