Sensory Evaluation - Off-Flavor Tasting at Modern Times!

Have you ever tasted a beer and it reminded you way too much of popcorn butter or canned corn? All sorts of off-flavors can pester your palate, and we will help you dial in your senses and learn where these different flavors come from. A total of 7 different off flavors will be presented to the class, and we'll finish off with a taster of something to get all those flavors out of your mouth. Space is limited on these tastings, so get in now!
