CIF PResents Heal Turn, Another Man's Trash & SAND
Heel Turn takes a single suggestion from the audience to fuel their group comedy brain. Using a montage structure, they produce a series of scenes and monologues to delight the audience by exploring the ridiculous. Heel Turn recently made it to the finals of the inaugural OKC Improv Cage Matches and burned the place down by coming in second place. Another Man's Trash (Eckerd College St. Petersburg, FL) We are a college-based long form improv troupe 7 members large. We practice three times a week, and while our audience is largely college-age students, we attempt to perform improv that is not only college-specific. We perform once monthly in front of roughly 400 students. Our current form is Montage, but we have practiced and used different forms in the past. We base part of the show off audience suggestions compiled at the show's beginning in written form, and partly off our own initiations made-up on-the-spot. No one line is rehearsed beforehand.
