August 13-16, 2009 - Art in the Redwoods Festival returns to Gualala Arts Center for the 48th annual event. The Festival really gets rolling on Saturday, August 15, from 10AM to 5PM for the fine art exhibit along with live music around every corner. The grounds are filled with artist vendor booths offering jewelry, ceramics, wood, tiles, fiber arts, photography and additional art works. One of the highlights is the Art in the Redwoods Quilt Raffle at 3PM on Sunday. This years beautiful fall motif queen size quilt can be viewed online when available.
For those unable to attend the Festival, the art exhibit will remain on display through September 5 (admission free).
