Wine Class: Germany and Austria
Germany's wines are some of the most exciting in the world, a delicate balance of fruity floral sweetness and razor sharp acidity, making them an ultimate summer wine. Join Bard Owen, from the Art Institute of California, for an educational evening and explore the wine regions of Germany, and its neighbor Austria, through in depth lecture and tasting. Topics will include label identification and wine production.
