OUTDOOR EAT TV PREMIERE!
ANNOUNCING A SPECIAL EVENT FEATURING OUR OWN CHEF STEVE
Many of you know that Chef Steve is our son who has been creating delicious recipes for your wine club packages each quarter. Some of you have asked what Chef Steve is up to these days and it is really exciting. He started his own company, OUTDOOR EATS, and has produced seven editions of the Trail Meals pocket-size cookbook series that encourages tasty, simple to prepare food on the trail, in your camper, or for a picnic.

We are celebrating a BIG STEP forward as he releases OUTDOOR EATS TV to a nationwide audience!!! Outdoor Eats TV will be airing on Bally Sports and Outside TV this summer and you are invited to view the first episode at this premiere event!

Steve (Chef Corso) will also demo one of his new trail-tested recipes (yes, there will be snacks), share some quick outdoor cooking tips and we will view the first ever episode of Outdoor Eats TV. Ticket includes a complimentary glass of Salish Sangria, Chef Corsos recipe and some snacks.
Make sure you bring your camp chairs so you can get the best seat!
