BAPP's Houston Black Theatre Week is proud to present M.E.W. Productions' The 50¢ Jewelry Line. A graduate of Grambling State University, LA Culton's, company has been creating meaningful stories for both film and stage, teaching sign language workshops, and also performing throughout the South and Midwest. In this story, when an alto section at the local church visits a bargain store, they have to ask the question, will their hopes of getting some unbelievable bargains prepare them for what money cant buy?
