Organic Harvest Gardens September farm to table event
Come join us at the farm for a unique Mediterranean style food experience. Our farm is home to a variety of delicious fresh seasonal ingredients that will tantalize your taste buds.
Our chefs inspired menu will showcase the flavors of the Mediterranean.
Every dish is made with love and care to bring you the best of the Mediterranean. Our farm is a great place to relax and take in the sights and sounds of a working urban farm/garden while enjoying a delicious meal. Come and experience the Mediterranean flavors with us at the farm! The corses for this event will be served family style.
Menu:
First Course
Stuff portobello mushroom *(vegan vegetarian friendly)
Second Course
Greek watermelon Cucumber salad with Vegan feta cheese
(Fresh watermelon, cucumbers, mint, basil, lime juice and vegan feta)
Third course
Mediterranean braised
Chicken with apricots.
( classic slow wine and stock braise with aromatics, mushrooms and heirloom tomatoes)
*vegan swap chicken for jackfruit vegetable stock.
Forth Course
Mediterranean Grilled Salmon (top with a juicy summer vegetable forward topping over a bed of aromatic yellow bastmati rice with asparagus).
*Vegan swap fish with summer squash.
Fifth Course
Vanilla cake, Berry parfait

The legendary Dj Smurf and Nahniiamusic will be there to entertain us
Bring some of your best wine or other libations to share with your table.
Be sure to bring sunscreen and a hat it will be warm.
