"They Live On...in Word and Song" pays tribute to the life cycle in this moving and memorable live performance. Singer-songwriter Michael Jerling lends his poignant lyrics and melodies to author Patricia A. Nugent's memoir "They Live On: Saying Goodbye to Mom and Dad."
In this 90-minute performance of music and readings, these two artists give voice to life, love, and loss as it relates to our shared human experience. Bring someone you love - in person or in spirit - to this fusion of art forms, performed for the first time at historic Caffe Lena in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
A CD of the same title will be offered to attendees that day at a discounted price to celebrate the launch. Light refreshments will also be served.
Ticket sales are limited by venue and will close two hours before the performance. Walk-ins are welcome if seats remain available. Doors will open at 1:30pm.
