Sunday Supper with Stoneburner
Join SnoValley Tilth at Chinook Farms for a delicious and celebratory table-to-farm dinner prepared by Chef Jason Stoneburner. Chef Jason Stoneburners cuisine and his 25 year tenure in some of Seattles finer restaurants, including his restaurant Stoneburner in Ballard has built friendships with farmers, foragers and the fishing community. He is a supporter of SnoValley Tilth in work to promote more sustainable food systems. We are honored to invite you to share this delicious evening with Chef Jason preparing a hearty and heart felt locally grown meal. Guest will arrive to farm-fresh appetizers and a glass of wine or beer, then be invited to see parts of the farm and talk with some of SnoValley Tilths farmers. The dinner will be a rustic, farm fresh, delicious meal featuring products locally grown directly at Chinook Farms, along with other local SnoValley Tilth member farms. As the sun starts to dip across the fields and reflect on the mountains, Chef Jason will serve the evenings dessert to cap off this delectable evening in the field.

Family Style Supper:
-Heirloom Tomatoes torpedo onion/herbs/shishito peppers
-Marinated Eggplant & Cauliflower green tahini & chili
-Costata Romanesco & Fava Beans garlic and lovage
-Ninety Farms & Chinook Farm Mixed Grill grilled and smoked meats with tasty condiments
Sweet:
-Slow Roasted Peaches honey cake/mascarpone whip
