Pierce Turner "Pierce's Picnic"
The award winning Irish performer-song writer supreme Pierce Turner will embrace the Irish sunshine with a live performance in Co Wexford on August 19th. The venue is 17 minutes from Wexford Town, across the Wexford Bridge and out the old Dublin road, stick this postal code in your Google map Y21 Y8A0 and it will take you there, a big sign will be clearly displayed at the entrance. The gig will be in a phenomenal performance Barn that was created by Body and Soul D.J. Nigel Quaid for gigs during the pandemic. Fully covered with one end opened, there are no weather concerns, just dress for an Irish Summer's evening. Featuring two superb supporting musicians, Donegal man, Aongus Mac Amhlaigh on Cello and Wexford local hero Mick Egan on Guitar-with sound mix by the wizard Olchan Kirwan. You are allowed to Bring your own poison, coffee/tea sandwiches, alcohol etc. It's a picnic with world class music by Irelands former solo perfromer of the year. Pierce will feature his forthcoming single a protest version of the Hymn "Hail Glorious St Patrick" to be launched on August 5th in Donegal. Plus the classic songs from his last album "Terrible Good" and older classics too.
