Tastings With Cate: Burgundy
Wine in Burgundy is almost solely comprised of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, two of nature's most impressionable grapes. Because of their obedient nature, the wine these grapes make directly reflect the care and taste of the people who produce them. Join Certified Sommelier, Cate Hatch, as she helps to demystify this area known to delight and confuse wine professionals all over the world. Six wines will be served along with small bites provided by Restaurant Eugene's kitchen team. Seating is limited to 14.
