Course description:

This presentation will give participants a general understanding of proper application and maintenance of elastomeric waterproof coatings for traffic bearing areas. Presented by a systems approach, the course will also go over different options within the system for drive lanes, parking stalls, pedestrian only, as well as UV light resistance.

Learning Objectives:

Participant will be able to understand the basics of elastomeric waterproofing coatings.
Identify the basic preparation and repairs needed before application of the polyurethane system.
Identify the basic materials and methods used to install two component polyurethane systems.
Identify common causes and remedies during the application of a polyurethane deck coating.
