Academy of Bartending: Bar Basics
Join the experienced Holeman and Finch bar staff as they crack the cocktail code and empower attendees to build a bar at home that will win friends and influence people. This course will cover the basic history, tools, techniques and spirits necessary to nudge you down the rabbit hole of cocktail culture. Lunch is included and seats are limited to 24. Class will conclude with an optional open house at H&F Bottle Shop where instructors will be available to answer further questions and make recommendations.
