April Fool's Wine Dinner
We're not fooling: This Wine Dinner is going to be amazing. Wine expert Jeff Paradise of locally based Communal Brands will pair a five-course tasting menu with some of our favorite new spring wines and ciders. Only a fool would pass this up!

Charcuterie Plate of Hudson Valley Smoked Duck, Flying Pigs Farm Salami, East Village Meat Market Country Ham paired with Corbieres Blanc "Pas des Louves" 2011 Faillenc Sainte Marie
Spring salad with radishes, Pecorino, baby arugula paired with Vin de Pays du Vaucluse 2013 Domaine Fenouille
Ramps with polenta toasts paired with Vin de Pays des Portes de Mediterranee 2012 Chateau Peyrassol
Hudson Valley Duck Breast with farro, kale paired with Cotes du Rhone 2012 Domaine Manarine
Elvis tea sandwich bread pudding with peanut butter, honey, bananas - pairing TBD
