Krapp's Last Tape
Opening Night: May 24 at 5pm
This smart production conveys both the astonishing beauty of Becketts prose and the proper amount of empathy for his characters.
- Deborah Giattina, SF Bay Guardian on Cutting Ball's 2007 production of Endgame
A perfect follow-up to last season's Endgame and this season's Thom Pain, this funny and poignant one-person play tells the story of an older man listening to recordings he made when he was young and in love. It is an intimate look at the choices we make in our lives and the unexpected consequences that come from them. Our production will feature two actors from our critically acclaimed production of Endgame. Paul Gerrior will play Krapp and David Sinaiko will play Krapps recorded voice from thirty years ago.
Krapps Last Tape is produced by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc
