Irrigation Equipment Best Management Practices Technical Workshop
SnoValley Tilth, in partnership with the Snoqualmie Valley Watershed Improvement District, is holding an Irrigation Equipment Best Management Practices Technical Workshop at Steel Wheel Farm in Fall City on Thursday, June 15, from 5-7 pm.
This technical workshop will focus on irrigation screens, water meters and gas powered pumps. Technical experts will discuss the ins and outs of screens, meters, and pumps and will answer questions about how to select, install, troubleshoot, and maintain your equipment. There will also be some installation demonstrations to show you how to set up and run your irrigation screen, meter, and pump together. We hope this workshop will be of benefit to you and really encourage you to attend to get your questions answered so you have the information you need to start irrigating this season.
Presenters include: Erin Ericson from SV WID--fish screens Ryan Bartelheimer from Snohomish Conservation District--pumps Paul Carlson from Seametrics--meters
