The theme of this year's fundraiser, Art is Your Future Tenant, speaks to the concept of urban redevelopment through the arts. We seek to promote the idea by hosting an interactive and entertainment-filled art party at a local space waiting to be developed, showing the community the great potential art brings to a vacant space.
