Intro To.. Blacksmithing

Introduction to Blacksmithing and our forge on/off process as to not blow yourself up.

We will make a few hooks so that you have something to show for your efforts. This is just covering the basics. For further instruction, or for other technical skills that Class has not yet been formed. you will also make a link in a chain that we will hang up at Arch Reactor to show who has passed the class. Forging is all about hammering. You dont have to be the strongest person, but it will take quite a bit out of you. So come as prepared as possible. Meaning eat before class bring snacks. Lots of water before after and during class to be prepared, as well as closed toe shoes, boots preferable, Jeans and a denim shirt or long sleeve shirt of some kind thats not the most flammable material. No kids under the age of 17 at this time.
