RESCHEDULED! Gensler Newport Beach is a creative workspace developed after extensive workplace research, focusing on interactive break-out spaces, social connectivity between floors, and a highly collaborate open-office work environment.
Learning Objectives:
1.Develop a greater understanding of new strategies for developing a sustainable workplace.

Ben Marcus
Architectural Designer at Gensler Newport Beach Ben's architectural and interior design experience stems from a diverse background in architecture, branding, and marketing. Through his wide variety of practice area work and 2 years at Gensler, he has developed expertise in Creative Workplace, Hospitality and Retail design with a focus on bold and unique concepts that tie into a brand image. With educational and work experience in urban planning, interior design, and ground-up architecture, Ben looks at each project as a problem-solving exercise unique to the site, client, environment, and brand, to formulate an architectural strategy that leads to timeless and exciting design concepts. His most recent work includes the Gensler Newport Beach Office, the Star Alliance Lounge at LAX TBIT, the Metropolis Residential and Hotel Development next to LA Live, and the SLS Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
