Join chef, artist, and Modernist Cuisine co-author Maxime Bilet for an event that will highlight Maxime's signature cuisine and explore the many fascinating roles of food.
Through a series of multiple tastes and sensations, you will be treated to an inspiring journey through delicious applications of modern cooking, powerful flavors, sound and visual performances: a most delightful and unique feast of the senses!
Dinner starts at 7 p.m. with a cocktail and appetizer reception, followed by seating at 7:30 p.m.
**Seating is limited to 10 guests per event.**
Ticket prices include an 8-10 course meal, wine, a gift bag, and tax/gratuity.
