Tastings With Cate: The Lure Of The Loire
The Loire Valley is 600 miles of river valley filled with goat farms, bike tours and castles. Sounds pretty magical, right? It's also home to some of the most value-driven wines in the world. Certified Sommelier, Cate Hatch, will act as a guide to these high acid, low alcohol wines that almost always over deliver with structure and food friendliness. Guests will taste six wines and small bites will be provided by Restaurant Eugene's kitchen team. Seating is limited to 14.
