Mission Wine: Red Wines of France
Join Bi-Rite wine buyer Josh Adler for an introduction to the wines of France. We will cover the wines of Burgundy, the Loire, and the Rhone Valley, and taste several examples of red wines from each. Questions will be answered and answers will be questioned, but we promise that you will walk away with an understanding of the major red grapes and regions of France, what they taste like, and how to describe them.
