Bacon Fest: 6 Courses of Gourmandise Bacon by Sex on the Table

On March 15, ChefFed opens the 2014 private dining season with an unforgettable evening of Bacon haute cuisine. Witness Guest Chef Sean Chudoba and ChefFed in their element in a breathtaking SoHo Loft. In the open, center island kitchen, Chudoba and ChefFed will be creating some of the most exciting and unusual bacon dishes you've ever tasted (or heard of).
Chudoba, a Chopped Contestant and serial nominee for creator of the greatest Bacon Delights in New York City, and ChefFed, a Michelin star winner and mad scientist of flavor, team up for the second time. On February 14 they successfully created an 8-course-Valentine's Menu for a sold-out New York City crowd.
For this special event, Chudoba will take the lead. An Atlanta native and expert on all things bacon, Chudoba has created an unbelievable 6 course menu with our favorite protein prominently highlighted in every course. Every one of Chudoba's and ChefFed's dishes will seduce both the palate and the eye and, like any successful seduction, will come with an element of surprise that is guaranteed to delight. Each course is more unexpected than the last and the event culminates with a combination of flavors and textures that will amaze. And don't forget - all of ChefFed's social club events are BYOB. No need to buy an expensive bottle at the event.

* The Duck Hunt - Duck Bacon wrapped Dates, stuffed with Foie Gras, Port Wine reduction
* The Smoking Gun - Smoked Lamb Bacon over Won-Ton Nachos with Goat Cheese Fondue, Red Onions and Cilantro topping
* Soul Sushi - Bacon wrapped Bacon (yes, for real), topped with Maple glazed Jalapeno, Pear Apple slaw
* The Pacifier - Bourbon Maple Bacon Milkshake with Bacon crumble and ground Espresso beans
* South Slide - Steamed and sautéed BBQ Porkbelly sliders with charred Brussel sprout leaves, pickled onions, citric BBQ sauce, Pepperjack cheese
* Angel Dust - Sage beignet with Caramel Cream mousse, drizzled with Maple syrup and finished with Bacon dust
This event is BYOB and open to Members of the Sex on the Table Social Club, as well as prospective Social Club members. Prospective members are able to attend one Sex on the Table event (we call it the sneak peak session; a membership must be purchased to attend other Social Club events).
