Viola Buitoni's signature Italian cooking style is back at Cavallo Point to celebrate the arrival of asparagus on market stalls. Join us for a tour of contemporary Italian home cooking, easily put together for family and friends.

Risotto agli asparagi (asparagus risotto) Torta di asparagi con asiago fresco e prosciutto (asparagus tart with asiago and prosciutto) Rollè di pollo con asparagi e frittata (chicken roulade with asparagus and frittata) Crostata di crema e ricotta (pastry cream and ricotta tart) $85 / person
