West Kootenay Roller Derby proudly brings you:
Ziv Kruger: May the Force be with Us!!!
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is an intensive 2 day roller derby skater bootcamp with interstellar Ziv Kruger!!!!
Ziv's "game-centric" approach has guided over 1000 skaters to improved performance in sanctioned bouts all over the USA and Canada. His mission is not to teach you how to skate, but how to prepare for bouts effectively, and perform to your highest potential on bout day
The bootcamp is open to benchmarked skaters only. You must have a valid 2014 CRDi number.
Please bring:
your gear
pen and paper
running shoes
bag lunch and snacks
Yoga Mat or equivalent
100 skater spots (50 beginner/intermediate, 50 intermediate/advanced)
