Spirit of '76 is an exciting cast of some of the finest Bay Area musical talent, recreating Grateful Dead shows and stylings from the year 1976. On March 29th, at Don Quixote's, the boys will be playing a show originally performed by the Dead on July 16th, 1976, at the Orpheum Theater in San Francisco.
Featuring Jon Stewart (Workingman's Ed), Jeff Faust (Freestone Peaches), Bret Bailey (Shady Groove), Steve Sofranko (The China Cats), Amy Gabel (Deadicated Maniacs), and Matt Hartle (China Cats, Shady Groove, Greenhouse), this show promises to be an evening of stellar psychedelic jamming and epic dancing. Bring your hearts, bones and souls town to Don Quixote's and open your mind to the magic within.
