Bay Area Rainbow Symphony presents Crossing Continents
Sound travels! The Bay Area Rainbow Symphony (BARS) invites you to cross continents on a music experience of colorful scenes and sounds!
Crossing Continents features Bach's Double Violin Concerto of baroque European tradition, performed by Mark Hodgson and Xander Abbe, soloists and concertmasters, Copland's Outdoor Overture, a contemporary American classic, and Dvorak's Symphony No. 9 From the New World, infused with Native American and Bohemian folk song, under the baton of Cyrus Ginwala, guest conductor.
Note: There are two leveled tiers for seating. Seats are general admission within your reserved section. PREMIER tickets are selected seats with superior acoustics and sightlines, guarantee your group will sit together, and are pre-sale only.
Tickets may be reserved online or by phone until 3PM the day of the performance. After this, tickets will be available at the box office staring at 7PM, cash only. Premier tickets are available in advance only and may not be purchased at the box office.
