WILD BELLE

Wild Belle is an indie rock group playing fully-realized dream-pop-dance music, composed of siblings Elliot and Natalie Bergman, who grew up in and around Chicago.

They are internationally renowned and have garnered countless rave reviews of their live performances as well as their latest album "Isles." Their song "Shine" was even featured on the soundtrack of the 2013 breakthrough movie "The Way, Way Back!"

Self-described as "a modern take on blue eyed soul," Caught A Ghost puts a new spin on vintage sounds, creating something completely new and wonderful in the process.

The live band, which features guitar, keys, drums, vocals, and saxophone, has more energy and professionalism than a large majority of veteran bands performing today. From the first drumbeat to the final resonating lyrics of the set, I was constantly amazed by how well frontman Jesse Nolan and frontwoman Tessa Thompson so expertly controlled the stage. The two act as perfect foils for each other, with Nolan stomping around wildly on stage and Thompson more in synch with the band's mellower vibes as she swayed from side to side.

Overall, Caught A Ghost are shaping up to be a one-in-a-million kind of band. They have a clear idea of the direction they want their music and their live show to go in and they're certainly on the right track. The group's new album comes out in the spring, but definitely try to catch them on tour before then if you have the chance. You won't regret it.
