"The Take Over Tour" feat: Zion I, the Bayliens, Improv, and One Eyed Kings
One Neighborhood Entertainment Presents: The Take Over Tour; Featuring: Zion I, The Bayliens and special guests, Improv and One Eyed Kings. With Zion I Celebrating their 5th release The Take Over they bring the follow-up tour to Hodis Half Note. Zion I (pronounced "Zion Eye") are a hip hop duo from Oakland, California. The duo consists of producer and DJ, AmpLive and emcee Zumbi. The two are highly respected and acclaimed underground artists, famous for Amp's futuristic production techniques, using a mix of live instrumentation and samples, and Zumbi's poetic, positive and socially conscious lyrics. The Take Over Tour also brings the Bayliens, who are also from the Bay Area, and getting a great amount of notice from their hit single Bubble Gum off of their release Crop Circles. The Baylines are also performing at this years Paid Dues Festival. Also performing is Colorados own Improv, and Wyomings One Eyed Kings. Improv with his recent release of Omotion is again planning on bring to Hodis his new live set including his band. And the One Eyed Kings, making a lot of noise in the Hip-Hop community in Northern Colorado they bring their different origins in Hip-Hop to form their own unique sound.
