Aaron Glantz, an independent journalist whose work has appeared in The Nation and on Democracy Now!, is also the author of How America Lost Iraq, and a Rosalynn Carter Mental Health Journalism Fellow at the Carter Center. A survivor of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) covering the conflict in Iraq for three years, Mr. Glantz tells the personal stories behind the staggering statistics of PTSD and traumatic brain injury our veterans withstand, and the apathy and mistreatment they endure upon returning home.
Don't miss this opportunity to meet the author of the book Publishers Weekly calls "A breathtaking rebuke to government hypocrisy and an overdue contribution to gaining critical public awareness of this official neglect."
