ASCE Seattle Section Ports and Harbors Committee Monthly Dinner
Speaker: Ralph Graves, PE, PhD, Managing Director of Capital Develepment, Port of Seattle
Ralph Graves oversees project management, design and construction and contracting services in support of the business plans and infrastructure needs of the Port of Seattle. Prior to joining the port in August 2008, Ralph was a project manager in the Seattle office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. He served 29 years as an officer in the U.S. Army. He commanded Corps of Engineers Districts in Seattle and Honolulu and was Deputy Commander of the Baltimore District. Earlier military assignments included troop duty in Korea, Germany and Operation Desert Storm. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a bachelor's degree from West Point, masters from U.C. Berkeley and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and a doctorate from Stevens Institute.

Ralph will disucss the Port's upcoming projects with emphasis on work in support of the Seaport and marinas.
