INTERSECTION FOR THE ARTS and Resident Theatre Company CAMPO SANTO is proud to present the highly anticipated world premiere of Fuku Americanus inspired by Junot Diaz's Pulitzer Prize Winning novel "The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao." Developed and directed by Campo Santos Sean San Jose, and Co-directed by The Living Word Projects Marc Bamuthi Joseph, "Fuku Americanus" brings together an array of talented performers including Carlos Aguirre, Maria Candelaria, Vanessa Cota, Anna Maria Luera, Brian Rivera and Biko Eisen-Martin in a simultaneously epic and intimate tale about family histories, ancient curses, migration, and, ill-starred love.
