Best Allagash Dinner Ever

We're not kidding around with this one. The world-famous Allagash Brewery will open up their beautiful facility to show some of their best beers, alongside insane (and insanely tasty) food from Rosemont Market's Brad Messier.

Our journey will begin in the gorgeous tasting room, with Allagash's better known brews, alongside unconventional dishes that bring out the beers' best. From there, we'll move to Allagash's barrel room, to taste lesser-known, small-batch brews. With more mind-blowing, paradigm-shifting food.

You'll go behind the scenes and meet with some of the most creative brewers in the industry, and you'll enjoy an evening of unforgettable beers and food.

Don't think of this as a seen-it/done-it Beer Dinner. Think more about an immersive experience of world-class beers, in their original setting at the brewery, with an extraordinary multi-course meal to boot.

Chef Brad Messier is going to take over the brewing system itself, and use Allagash's machinery and brewing ingredients to blow your palate's mind! (Yes, it has one.)
