We're excited to our welcome our headliner Ed Hill!
Ed hails from Vancouver, BC, and has performed all over the world. He has appeared on Bite TV's "Stand up & Bite Me", XM Radio's "Laugh Attack" and Comedy Time TV. He was also invited to perform at Comedy Masala in Singapore, Live Comedy Club in Taiwan, the Hong Kong Comedy Festival, San Francisco Comedy Festival, North Carolina Arts Comedy Festival, Boston Comedy Festival, the Vancouver Comedy Festival and many more.
We're excited to welcome our feature for the evening Ed Galvez!
Ed has been doing comedy since moving to LA in the Summer of 1998; he got his start studying at UCB, IO West, Second City, ACME, and The Groundlings. Ed has written and performed in many sketch shows, as well as doing stand-up all over the country. Check out his album "Why are Things Weird", available for download on Itunes and Amazon.
We're excited to welcome Jim Stewart Allen!
"He is a Naturalist by day and a comedian by night. He is passionate and excited about things you wouldn't think anyone would be passionate or excited over. Jim Stewart Allen is....me.
I am actually the one writing this but I heard you are supposed to talk about yourself in the 3rd person so I am trying really hard. I have performed at Emerald City Comic Con and was retweeted by the placekicker at WSU. I love Oregon Trail and battle tactics during the Revolutionary War and I promise I am funny."
We're excited to welcome Parker Postyeni!
This young man is amazing and one of the fastest rising comedians in Seattle. Parker was just in the Seattle International Comedy Competition, has won a bunch of local competitions and is one of the funniest and most original comedians we've come across. You guys should really come check this kid out, he's great.
(Also... his middle name is "Ed" which is absolutely perfect!)
We're excited to welcome Albert "Ed" Kirchner!
Raised in rural Pennsylvania, Albert Kirchner moved to Seattle quickly after graduating high school. He started performing stand up comedy a few years later and almost immediately began to perform daily. A little under three years in, Albert's comedy scales several tempos favoring a high energy/passionate rant delivery style. He speaks on the absurdity of birds as well as playfully poking at the reaper. He loves you.
He has performed at both The Bumbershoot Music and Arts Festival, as well The Bridgetown Comedy Festival. Albert can usually be seen in several bars and clubs around Seattle, though his current project is risk based variety show run out of a burlesque absinthe basement.
(we're kidding, he's not named Ed but he is an awesome comedian)
We're excited to welcome Kay Redden!
Kay Redden is not a Seattle native, nor are most of the folks in Seattle, which is why you can trust she isn't as passive aggressive or as confused when driving in the rain. The only thing that drags her through her endless days of exchanging gluten free goods for cold hard cash is the promise that somewhere there is always music and more importantly there is always laughter. Kay thinks that when you use the word laughter in a sentence that way, it sort of sounds like a big front for a "help us stop child cancer" fundraising campaign. Kay really hates fundraising.
She has performed at the Comedy Underground, the Comedy Womb, and a number of exclusive janitorial closet shows.
