Barbara Dymock and Chris Marra at Edinburgh FC / EFC
Barbara learned songs as a child from her Fife grandparents, but made her first foray into performing aged 19 years with the then newly-formed Ceolbeg and a cappella trio Fair Game.
After a long silent break to raise a family and pursue a medical career, she returned to singing. She now has two solo albums: Hilberts Hotel and Leaf an Thorn, and appeared on Malinkys 2019 album, Handsel.
Chris has been a musician since his teens, working in many distinct fields from big-hair rock to sophisticated pop with Dundee's Danny Wilson via Londons Theatreland. The majority of his time was spent recording and performing with his brother, the late and much missed Michael Marra, producing albums for Michael and the legendary Saint Andrew. In 2016 Chris produced and played on Barbaras well-received album: Leaf an Thorn.

Accessibility
UCC has relatively easy access for wheelchair users. There's a portable ramp to enable the wheelchair to get past 3-4 steps from the street to the main door. Once inside everything is on the same level (ground floor) - performance room, bar and disabled-friendly toilets.
