My Story & Advice
Debra Ponzek, internationally-acclaimed Three-Star Executive Chef, cookbook author, retailer, caterer and instructor, will share stories and advice about her exciting career for our annual My Story & Advice event. Debra was formerly the Executive Chef of Montrachet Restaurant and is credited with a seven-year run of its Three-Star status. She has also authored four cookbooks and with husband Greg Addonizio, Debra founded and runs Aux Delices, Foods by Debra Ponzek, with four retail food shops in CT, a catering company and a line of store branded products. Together, they also juggle three children. The evening will include a food and wine networking reception with member-prepared dishes from Debra's recipes; an interview by NYWCA Board Member Terry Frishman; a cookbook signing of Debra's latest book, The Dinnertime Survival Cookbook: Delicious, Inspiring Meals for Busy Families.
