Workshop with Min Li
While Min Li is in Scotland, teaching at Scottish Dance Theatre and Scottish Ballet, he will lead a 2 hour workshop for independent dance artist as The Work Room.
Min combines different styles into his practice, with the goal to experience the potential of the physical and mental sensitivity & power. He wants to share the experiences he has had through his dance career with people he meets in the studio, to find the connection between mental state and physical expression. The relation between being and doing, how we can keep learning and observing at the same time, how we can find layers for the body and mind, how we can define and redefine what dance and movement is for us
